Paint Technician – Manufacturing

A foundry and steel manufacturing company in Burleson is adding an experienced Paint Technician to their team!

This is a full-time, temp to hire position that offers a comprehensive benefits package and ample opportunities for growth and development.

As a Paint Technician, you’ll collaborate closely with other tenured maintenance teams to understand processes and procedures. In this role, you will be involved in the painting 

process of metal parts by operating industrial machine tools, equipment, or systems in the Paint Shop Department.

Paint Technician Job Duties:

• Work from process sheets, blueprints, or other written/verbal instructions
• Painting process of metal by industrial machine tools, equipment, or systems
• Paint stock and custom parts with water-based black paint
• Patch and grind parts when needed to meet finishing specs
• Check stenciling on parts against blueprints to ensure quality

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Pay: $20.00 – $ 24.00

Paint Technician Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Painting Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Have prior experience with setup and operation of paint sprayer
• Consistently stand for the entire 8-hour shift
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt to changing production demands
• Ability to work with others and be a team player
