A unique and innovative Architecture firm in the Historic Pioneer Square area is hiring an Administrative Assistant!

This is a part time, open ended temporary role with a great company located in a beautiful historic building that offers a flexible schedule and casual working environment.

The Administrative Assistant will manage general office operations and team calendar, track and order supplies, coordinate and troubleshoot IT and technology set up, and more.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and other visitors and answering and routing multi-line phones
  • Receiving, logging, and distributing mail and packages
  • Light bookkeeping: entering bills, tracking payments, monitoring and entering corporate credit cards
  • Coordinating with outsourced IT department to order computers and software and set up new employee workspaces
  • Ordering and tracking office supplies, snacks, and inventory

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, Office Management, or another administrative position in an office environment
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree desired

This beautiful office occupies two floors of an historic building – with no elevator. Ability to navigate two flights of stairs throughout the day will be a part of this job.

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule
: Monday – Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm (schedule can be flexible)
