About the Role: 

Sitecore is seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing campaigns aligned with market-to, market-with, and market-through motions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to drive marketing initiatives, achieve our partner ecosystem goals, and foster mutual growth. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Market-with: Collaborate closely with selected partners to execute marketing plans and campaigns with defined KPIs by sharing resources and aligned messaging to amplify both brands
  • Market-to: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement across the ecosystem
  • Market-through: Enable partners to market our solutions to their customers by providing them with the necessary marketing materials and messaging guidance
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with selected partners and internal stakeholders, including the Head of Partner Marketing and Regional Marketing Leads
  • Work efficiently to develop high-quality marketing materials in line with brand guidelines that resonate with target audiences utilizing approved AI tools, internal content creators, and external partners
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
