Patient Care Coordinator | Medical Scribe

Patient Care Coordinator Job Duties:

• Register new patients in the EMR system before scheduling the appointment
• Surgery scheduling and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Perform clinic room inventories and restock as necessary
• Complete the patient check-in process, greeting and rooming patients
• Prep charts- open chart encounters in Centricity and maintain patient records

You will be successful in this Patient Care Coordinator

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm

Pay: 
$20 – $24 DOE


Patient Care Coordinator Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or working in a Medical Office
• Strong computer experience including Microsoft Word, Outlook etc.
• Experience with Electronic medical/health systems
• Experience with multi-phone systems
