We are looking for a new People Business Partner to help drive the people plan across the business and be part of a business going through an exciting period of change.As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with the senior leadership and operations teams to support people management practices across our independent school business. This role is essential in ensuring we attract, engage retain, and develop talent while fostering a positive and high-performance culture that supports the business as we grow.In this generalist role, you will provide coaching, consultation, and expertise on a full range of people services including staffing, talent management, engagement, employee relations, learning & development, and performance managementWe believe that our people are the key to our success.
