Train stations & bus stops, gyms, restaurants and more.Step into the role of a Personal Assistant, where you’ll be supporting the Global Chairman of Investment Bank plus 1 other senior MD and ETG team members in running the business on a day-to-day basis, including diary & mailbox management, organisation of meetings, events and scheduling travel.To be successful you’ll have:
- Front office PA/ EA experience from Banking / markets sector is essential.
- Confidence to work with senior leaders and stakeholders to build good working relationship and work collaboratively.
- Proven ability to be self-motivated, manage time effectively and deliver work to a consistently high quality.
- High degree of organisational awareness with an ability to solve problems and make decisions independently. Â
- âCan doâ attitude with the confidence, composure and common sense to interact on a national level with a wide range of senior stakeholders across teams.
- Great attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is critical.
- A High level of professionalism with excellent communication skills.
- A Good understanding of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills are essential as is the ability to plan, prioritise and use own initiative.
- Be confident, have a flexible working attitude.

To manage schedules, acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient task management, and a professional presence for their assigned individuals or teams.ÂAccountabilities
- Management of executive, managers or team calendars and overseeing timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.
- Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation, ensuring timely and efficient travel for the executive or team.
- Proactively anticipating the needs of the executive or team, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
- Management of day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies, annual leave records management, distribution list management and organisation management tasks.

- Demonstrate understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function.
- Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information, paying attention to detail.
- Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
- Guide and persuade team members and communicate complex / sensitive information.
- Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation.
