JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT / HOUSEHOLD MANAGERWE ARE SEEKING A DEDICATED AND VERSATILE PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO ELEVATE THE LIFESTYLE AND PRODUCTIVITY OF THE PRINCIPAL IN ALL ASPECTS. THIS ROLE ENCOMPASSES A WIDE RANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES ACROSS HEALTH, WORK, HOME, AND LEISURE, ENSURING A MORE BALANCED AND FULFILLING LIFESTYLE.Flexible Hours often 9am-5pm or 10am-6pmHybrid Locations – Combination of Remote From Home and Scarborough Bluffs and Peterborough Area residencesOccasional Evenings/Weekends/Travel Environment: 90/5/5 Casual/Business/FormalResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling Appointments for all aspects of Health and Well-being
• Researching Top Professionals and Innovations in Health and Well-Being Globally
• Ensuring the Primary is Receiving and Following Through on the Very Best Health Care
• Assistance in Meal Planning and Basic Prep for a strict medical diet.
• Comprehensive Research into a wide Variety of Topics, Products, Innovations, and Providers
• Compile, Organize, and Present Research
• Help in Finding and Hiring Architects/Designers/Contractors as needed
• Project Management for Personal Renovation and Design Projects
• Liaising with the Family Office to Track and Ensure Progress on Ongoing Business Matters
• Expense/Budget Tracking
• Overall Calendar Management to Ensure Primary is not Overwhelmed
• Creating and Maintaining Organization in Homes
• Researching, Procuring, and Maintaining Wardrobe, Fashion, Youth and Beauty Items
• General Household Management and Ensuring Upkeep
• Coordinating with Vendors/Providers for Regular and Occasional Home Maintenance,
• Supervising Works and Ensuring Timely Completion
• Occasional Errands/Shopping/Provisioning
• Expense Tracking/Basic Bookkeeping
• Occasional Pet Care
• Ensuring a Fulfilling Social & Recreational Calendar
• Researching and Procuring Fine Goods & Services
• Finding Restaurants that can accommodate the Primary’s Food Sensitivities and Allergies
• Researching Exciting Travel Destinations
• Making Thoughtful Travel Arrangements that accommodate the Primary’s needs/limitations
• Event and Party Management, Set-Up, and Service

We are looking for a bold problem solver and an all-around cheerleader, someone to cut through barriers and inspire the Primary to get things done, who will be positive and highly encouraging as well as patient and understanding. The ultimate goal is to Elevate the Life and Productivity of the Primary in Any and All Aspects.APPLICANTS MUST BE:

• Ability to work with and understand the unique needs of ADHD/Executive Dysfunction Clean
• Valid driver’s licence and their own Vehicle
