Personal Injury Solicitor (0-3 PQE) Vacancy: Plymouth
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000Ranked highly on Chambers and Legal 500, my client is seeking an experienced personal injury Paralegal to join their team of seasoned legal professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-value, complex cases, gaining practical experience with their nationally recognized law firm.

This is an exciting career opportunity, and you will be running caseloads together with their talented team including working on some of the most high-profile cases in the UK.Key Responsibilities:

• Working alongside the existing Serious Injury team
• Handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters.
• Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face.
• Attending Court hearings and Inquests.
• Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim.
• Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
• Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations.

The successful candidate for this role will have experience within Personal Injury law and will be confident in their own ability as well as being well organised, can manage their own time effectively and has a keen eye for detail.About my client:
