We are currently hiring Full-Time Personal Support Worker (PSW) for Portobello, Alta Vista CommunityWe are looking for Nursing student – completed 2 clinical placements to join us for FT opportunities for Summer“SE Health really cares about their personal support care staff. Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

• Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
• Valid Developmental Support Worker Certificate
• Foreign trained healthcare professional – Nurse

Requirements:

• Current CPR Certificate level C
• Current immunization record (TB test completed within the past 12 months) is required upon hire
• Current vulnerable sector check screening is required upon hire
• Current Standard CPR level C certificate and FA if applicable
• Availability to work evenings; including weekends
• This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
