Actalent is urgently hiring Pharmacy Technicians for a Remote opportunityJob Description:

• Process prescription exceptions which may include: resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach.
• Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
• Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues.
• Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls.

RequirementsMust be flexible in shift M-F 8AM-8PM

• Strong computer skills, attention to details and ability to change.
• You must be certified and registered in Texas.
• 2 plus years of experience working as a certified pharm tech- retail, payor, hospital experience is fine.
• They will accept any bckgrd in pharmacy – as long as you have strong computer skills and are registered and can work independently.
• Need strong WIFI
