Your mission
Do you have relevant experience in youth content and know everything about digital media for this target audience? Can you turn trends into reality and have a knack for predicting future user behaviors?

As a Planning and Content Management Advisor, you will work for the Youth sector within the MAJ team, the news for young people. You will be responsible for maximizing the discoverability of productions by working closely with the Chief Content Officer and the MAJ team. Additionally, you will collaborate with communication, promotion, marketing, strategic monitoring, and digital media production teams as part of your role.
Your main responsibilities:
Strategies:

Contribute to the strategic thinking of engagement for all MAJ content.

Be responsible for developing, creating, and implementing digital distribution strategies to support the dissemination of MAJ content.

Develop digital, communication, and content strategies; from briefs to execution, including optimization.
-
Ensure the visibility, engagement, and growth of the brand’s communities through concrete digital actions; optimize and maximize actions when necessary.
Tactics and Measurement:

Ideate concepts for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
-
Establish key performance indicators for each action.
-
Measure content performance according to the distribution platform and share successes.
-
Develop recurring performance reports and necessary adjustments to present to the team and management.
Content:
-
Support the editorial team in producing multi-format digital content.
-
Ensure these contents are engaging for the audience.
Strategic Monitoring:
-
Stay informed about digital trends and interests related to the target audience.
-
Conduct audits of MAJ’s digital activities and its competitors.
-
Perform strategic monitoring of trends on the web and social media that affect the target audience.
-
Oversee knowledge transfers related to online optimizations (discoverability strategy, SEO, etc.).
Development:
-
Proactively identify development and collaboration opportunities with potential partners.
-
Create and strengthen ties with the education sector and participate in representation events.
-
Follow up on the technological evolution of MAJ’s website with the internal production team.
Please note this position is hybrid.
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
-
University degree in a related field or any other equivalent combination
-
Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in youth digital content production in recent years
-
Strong understanding of the information landscape for young people and the digital environment
-
In-depth knowledge of social platform codes and understanding of algorithms
-
Strong culture and mastery of digital best practices (UX/UI, SEO, etc.)

Good general knowledge and awareness of current events
-
Sharp communication skills

Good ability to simplify complex information

Performance-oriented

Constantly searching for solutions

Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Initiative, autonomy, and ability to think beyond the immediate requests
