Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Data Management Analyst in Huntsville, AL. This person will:
– Be responsible for the generation and maintenance of Product Line plans, procedures, and processes.
– Assist in writing of technical and nontechnical documentation for program deliverables as needed.
– Interface with various functional organizations to ensure Data Management requirements and expectations are understood and accomplished.
– Participate in process improvement activities; contribute suggestions for adapting policy to situations and update processes and procedures as required.
– Be Product Line POC for Quality Management process effectiveness.
– Support the Product Line CCB and various other meetings as assigned.
– Be responsible for coordinating meeting agendas and drafting meeting minutes.
– Track change data and provide status/metrics to leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in Data Management or related field, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills to include the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
JIRA/Confluence experience.
Salary Range: $95,800.00 – $143,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
