About the roleWe are looking for a Product Designer to join us, reporting to our Head of Design. You will quickly iterate solutions, designing brilliant experiences for our audiences, and effectively communicating with the team. You balance autonomy with team support, integrating feedback, and aligning with the product vision. You will receive an abundance of mentorship from experienced Design Leadership, focusing on continuous personal and professional growth.What you’ll be doing
- Design & Solution Exploration: Define problem statements and design goals, iterating quickly on solutions to balance efficiency and impact.
- Efficient Design Execution: Deliver logical UI designs and polished visuals using our design system, balancing speed and quality.
- Communication & Team Collaboration: Communicate project complexities clearly, engage with Product Managers and Tech Leads, and actively participate in team activities and the design community.
- Feedback Integration & Team Support: Use feedback to enhance your work, practice active listening, and support team members in maintaining high standards.
- Autonomy & Vision Alignment: Work independently, manage weekly goals, stay organised, and align your designs with the broader product vision, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Always act in the customers’ best interest, delivering honest, fair, and professional services.

- Experience in UX/Product Design: Demonstrated ability to craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Proficiency with Design Tools: Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Effective Communication Skills: Capability to articulate design concepts and project details clearly to the team.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A strong inclination for identifying problems and iterating on creative solutions efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams is highly desired.
- Openness to Feedback: Ability to integrate constructive feedback and a willingness to support team members in achieving high standards.
