We’d love you to join us on our journey.About the roleWe are on a mission to make car changing simpler for everyone and are now building out a product team to help deliver on this promise across our platform.You will play a leading role in helping develop our product strategy to offer a better and more seamless car changing experience to our millions of customers.We are looking for a product specialist who can live and breathe our customer experience helping us improve our customer journeys as well as the performance of our marketing activity. will also be charged with helping Carwow accelerate our marketing capability – including the implementation of marketing tech to help improve the profitable acquisition of new customers and improved monetisation of existing customers.What you’ll be doing

  • Utilising relevant customer insight and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats- working closely with our inhouse research team to better improve our customer and product experience
  • Creating an environment that allows the team to get the best out of all the people in their squad by helping provide wider context, giving clarity on goals, supporting and setting processes for the team to collaborate effectively.
  • Leading a product team that will deliver rapid improvements to our customer journeys to improve the effectiveness of our marketing and to better monetise our customers
  • Using data to generate actionable insights, to leverage those insights to achieve goals set for the product, and to connect those quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • Building empathy with our customers and leverage feedback in the form of interviews, conversations, usability tests, surveys, and other forms of research to understand how users engage with the product, make better decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • Supporting the broader Customer & Marketing team by delivering product enhancements based on the business priorities

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (3-5 years)
  • You are a strategic thinker, being able to think both top down and bottom up.
  • Ideally, you would have experience working in high paced environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, whether to the tech team, to other stakeholders or to our leadership team. Effective in distilling complex solutions into bite-sized pieces when speaking and writing
  • Excel at managing stakeholders, whilst also being confident in voicing your own opinions and challenging others.
  • Be highly analytical and accustomed to using complex data to make decisions – when you’re presented with data, analysis should be a reflex.
  • Be a great prioritiser, not afraid to say no.
  • Great attitude, keen to learn and an excitement to build something you can be proud of
