Why this job mattersFlexible working, 3 days a week together in our Birmingham or London offices (flexible 2 days remote wherever)Be part of the transformation of our digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for the performance of payments journeys, across the BT Consumer group, including EE. a digital journey or product.You’ll operate at squad level, leading a cross functional team of colleagues, delivering world class products. You’ll influence the experience of millions of customers.The exact digital product or journey in scope of any of our roles will evolve over time.What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll inspire, coach and guide a squad to ensure the delivery of outcomes to support the customer and business
  • You’ll be ruthlessly customer focussed by interrogating customer insight and data to identify key customer needs whilst supporting business priorities
  • You’ll use the product vision and strategy to define and evolve objectives and key results for your squad
  • You’ll input into your squad strategy and prioritise a backlog to support this with a positive value to effort ratio
  • You’ll leverage the squad’s skills to collaboratively discover and iterate solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible and viable
  • You’ll measure and clearly communicate your product’s performance and demonstrate how this contributes to the digital and business objectives
  • You’ll nurture partnerships with stakeholders and collaborate with them to achieve the product vision

Specific Skills and ExperienceStakeholder management in a large, complex organisationMinimum of 2-3 years experience in a Product role at a technology led organisation, in paymentsExposure, passion or interest in payments and money flowsWe have a variety of squads that range from improving our BT and EE journeys and products, conversational commerce to delivering API’s and services.Experience influencing and/or making data informed decisionsThe ability to explain technical topics to non technical audiencesOur leadership standardsLooking in:
