Production Associate | Weekends Off | $19.50/hr

A national Roofing and Insulation company has immediate openings as a full-time, temp to hire Production Associate and wants you to join their team.

This is an entry-level job that will allow you to learn new skills with career growth potential. The plant manager himself started out as a temp many years ago!

 Production Associate Duties:

• Follow directions to support in all steps of the manufacturing process
• Stacking, moving, and organizing material for distribution
• Using industrial glue gun to build pallet spacers
• Rotating between different stations and maintaining productive pace throughout the day

You will be successful in this job if you have the willingness to cross train, work independently, and are a self starter.

Pay: $19.50/hr,

• Pay increase upon permanent hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 4:30PM (Schedule may fluctuate based on production)  

• 8-12 hours per day
• Hours can vary based on business needs and
• OT is required in the summer

Production Associate Requirements:

• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to properly follow instructions
• Ability to wear PPE for entire shift- gloves and glasses
• Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations
