A well-established
printing company has a production administration position that has opened up. They are looking for someone who will be able to support the production team by handling inventory control, purchasing supplies, authorizing payments and managing scheduling of outside vendor services. You will be handling all of the behind the scenes administrative tasks for the production supervisors.

Production Coordinator Job
Duties:

  • Purchasing facility and production supplies
  • Verifying receipt of items and handling discrepancies
  • Cycle count and inventory control for some components
  • Data entry into MS DOS system
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • scheduling outside vendor services

You will be successful
in this role if you are a reliable, results oriented person who takes pride in
their work!

Pay $20-$25/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Production Coordinator Requirements:

  • 2 years production admin/coordinator experience
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing preferred
  • Must be experienced in MS office – Word, excel, and outlook
  • Inventory Management and MS DOS
  • Office management experience a plus!
