Production Lead | Day Shift

A leading plastics manufacturing company in Beaverton is seeking a Production Lead to join their dynamic team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to advance their careers, requiring at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

This full-time, temporary-to-hire position offers 3-Day weekend twice a month!

You’ll be working in an exciting industry, producing essential components for medical, sporting goods, and aerospace applications.

Production Lead Job Duties:

• Working with new hires to provide training and daily direction
• Inspecting parts to ensure quality and give operators feedback
• Schedule and cover breaks and lunches
• Completing paperwork

Schedule options:

• Graveyard: 6:00am – 6:30pm

• Days of the week rotate – 3 days off every other week!
• Weekend availability required – 3-Day weekend twice a month!

Pay:
 $19-20 depending on experience

• Daily overtime applies for hours worked beyond 10 hours.?

Requirements
:

• 6 months+ of previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to communicate both
  verbally to
  provide feedback and written.
• Decision making in previous roles
• Meeting deadlines and changing priorities
