Production Warehouse Associate

A local company specializing in distributing industrial and hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related products is looking for a warehouse clerk. As a Production Worker / Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and production department. This position involves various tasks such as the fabrication of hydraulic and industrial hoses, order picking, and contributing to production processes. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, labeling hoses, and ensuring hose assemblies meet company specifications. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet production goals and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture industrial and hydraulic hoses, ensuring the quality of the finished product.
  • Verify product compliance to company crimp specifications.
  • Select and assemble proper components for a variety of hoses.
  • Use tools such as saws, crimpers, tape measures, and calipers to complete tasks.
  • Document completed actions in the ERP system.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Inspect products for defects and damages and report issues to supervisors.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform periodic stock checks.
  • Contribute to production processes, including assembly, packaging, and labeling.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to optimize workflow and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Experience with order picking
  • Ability to walk, stand, and lift to 50 lbs during the shift.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic organizational and communication skills.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: Pay: $22.00 per hour
