The Program Director will provide strategic management for CENTER – effectuate CENTER’s programmatic work, conferences, and special events and assist with external relations and advancement and fundraising efforts. The incumbent will coordinate student-led programs, including student support for research. The Program Director is primarily charged with supporting the CENTER’s mission by managing and executing work streams led by the Faculty Directors and coordinating projects and events for the organization. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work Interactions
The Program Director reports to the Faculty Directors and will also coordinate with IIEL and other university staff involved with Centers & Institutes. The Program Director will supervise the Program Manager. This position will promote and execute CENTER programs on campus and elsewhere, fulfilling a critical operational need, given that administrative and programmatic support is critical to the smooth functioning of all CENTER programs and activities

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$66,783.00 – $126,720.23
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
