• Assist with vendor coordination, ensuring timely communication and contract execution
• Manage bid collection by gathering and organizing proposals from contractors
• Support front-end project work, including documentation and scheduling
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain project records and update internal systems like Smartsheet and Procore (training available)
• Communicate with clients and contractors to track project milestones and address inquiries
• Work mostly remotely, with occasional in-office collaboration in St. Louis for training and team meetings
• Ensure projects stay on schedule by coordinating key tasks and following up on deadlines

• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience with vendor coordination, bid collection, and project organization in construction, retail, or restaurant projects
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, capable of handling contractor and vendor interactions professionally
• Detail-oriented problem solver, able to track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration in St. Louis
• Proactive and adaptable, able to navigate changing project needs and priorities
• Experience with Smartsheet and Procore is a plus, but training is available
