Job Description:Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer student for the 2025 Winter Semester to work in our St. John’s office. This individual will be eager to learn, highly motivated, and have excellent attention to detail.   • Planning
  • Cost
  • Materials & fabrication monitoring
  • Project Change Notices (PCN’s)
  • Variation Order’s (VO’s)
  • Project Execution Plans (PEP’s)
  • Writing reports and taking meeting minutes
  • Filling documents
  • Sending out meeting invites

As well as other additional administrative and research tasksQualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a University Engineering co-op program
  • Excellent verbal and communications skills
  • Excellent technical writing skill
  • Offshore and Oil and Gas knowledge is preferred
  • Team focused attitude with a commitment to quality
  • Innovative problem solving mindset
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple and conflicting priorities
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
