Projects / Contracts Manager (based on experience) – Social Housing RetrofitGresfordUp to £55,000 + Car Allowance + BenefitsTS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor who are hiring a permanent Projects / Contracts Manager to manage retrofit schemes; EWI, CWI, Loft insulation…Projects / Contracts Manager key Skills/ requirements:

• Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
• Experience as a Projects / Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
• Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
• Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
• Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
• Client and tenant satisfaction
• Process Management
• Management of the customer
• Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
• SMSTS & NVQ Level 7 or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Project
