​We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead an initiative focused on exploring circular economy solutions within our organization. You will be involved in setting up a pilot project, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution.​

Key Responsibilities:​

Project Management: ​

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets​

• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies​

• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners​

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables​

Pilot Project Setup: ​

• Define the scope, objectives, and key performance indicators for the pilot project​

• Identify and select suitable partners and suppliers​

• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures​

• Collect and analyze data to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement​

Stakeholder Management: ​

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations teams, and external partners​

• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities​

• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts​

Qualifications​:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within a complex, cross-functional environment​ ​

• Circular economy interest and high-level understanding​

• Solid MS Office skills: Powerpoint, Excel​

• Fluency in English and French is a must​

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects​

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills​

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Part-time position (3 days per week)

Location: Clichy (Paris Area)

Hybrid working schedule available
