A highly regarded non-profit in Seattle is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join their team and support essential outreach services for adults living unsheltered. As a Recruiter, you will lead recruiting efforts for outreach staff, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a strong alignment with the organization’s values and goals. This is a fulltime, direct hire, hybrid role with 4 days on-site in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood and 1 day working remotely.

Recruiter Job Duties:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and hiring outreach professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, screen candidates, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Conduct candidate interviews and facilitate effective onboarding processes.
• Utilize Paylocity or other HRIS systems to track candidates and support efficient hiring workflows.

You will be successful in this role if you are a strong communicator, organized, and skilled at working collaboratively with a team dedicated to social impact!

Recruiter Requirements:

• 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS systems.
• Strong technical proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Location: Belltown, Seattle

No on-site parking available; transit options recommended.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm?

Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year
