SKILLS REQUIRED:
Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.· Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in a corporate staffing function or recruiting service firm required. · Must have proven relationship management skills, effective interpersonal skills, outstanding oral and written communications skills, leadership skills, and team collaboration skills. · Must be able to manage multiple priorities successfully and be process oriented. · A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic are essential to the role.· Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus. · Experience across a range of technical, engineering, Sales, Marketing and corporate functions. · Fluent English, written and oral is a pre-requisite. · Additional European Language advantageous. · Knowledge of internet sourcing, applicant tracking systems, HR practices and familiarity with hiring internationally strongly preferred. · Strong Microsoft skills required.
