This role is perfect for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant, looking to grow within the business services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of candidates for various technical roles within the asset management industry.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Plan and conduct interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Manage records of all candidates and clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role (1-3 years).
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices.

  • A competitive hourly rate between £27 to £35/hour (dependent on experience)
