You will manage client relationships, source, and place candidates, and contribute to the ongoing success of our Milton Keynes branch.   • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and business goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with our clients.
  • Job Matching: Skillfully match candidates with the right job opportunities that align with their career aspirations and client requirements.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate salary and offer negotiations, ensuring a win-win outcome for both clients and candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
