Location: City of London (Fixed-Term Contract)
Salary: Competitive (DOE)We are very excited to have partnered with a highly prestigious financial services firm based in the City to find a tenacious individual to join their Human Resources team as an Internal Senior Recruitment Coordinator on a fixed-term contract.This is a truly incredible opportunity for someone who is immediately available, eager to further their experience within the financial services industry, hit the ground running, and become immersed in a fast-paced, thriving working environment. You will work with an incredibly successful and collaborative team, alongside the Human Resources Business Partner to streamline the high-volume internal recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:

• Creating compelling job ads in line with business needs and keeping vacancy lists up to date in all appropriate places.
• Learning the nuances of each role, taking detailed briefs from hiring managers, and working in a timely, efficient, and organised manner to pipeline exceptional talent for the business.
• Managing multiple roles simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Providing excellent quality of service in everything you do, whether liaising with candidates or the wider business in the UK and globally.
• Promoting a positive working environment, focusing on the company’s values and culture, and working to understand the business.
