Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Red Team Training Instructor in Tokyo, Japan (OCONUS). Qualified candidates must have an active Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.

• Teach cybersecurity training courses using k>fivefour’s proprietary training materials and hands-on lab environment, Battlegrounds
• Administer certification exams for students
• Maintain Battlegrounds environments for students
• Support provisioning of Battlegrounds lab/scenario environments for non-student Battlegrounds customers
• Support pre- and post-class activities, including preparing the classroom each day for instruction, preparing materials for students, shipping materials as required, and cleaning classrooms for students
• Consults with internal stakeholders on Battlegrounds scenario designs
• Develop Battlegrounds scenarios based on agreed-upon scenario designs
• Supports the Battlegrounds administrators with the deployment of student environments and maintenance of infrastructure
• Supports the development of new course content and designs
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• At least 3 years of experience with DoD Red Teaming
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in working in high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex compliance issues

Business Development

• Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium’s strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
