Iron Mountain est à la recherche d’associé(e) au service des clients bilingue pour rejoindre notre équipe de services et de support des clients.

Responsabilités Principales:

  • Fournir un excellent service en répondant de manière professionnelle aux demandes et problèmes des clients

  • Recommander et proposer des solutions exceptionnelles, conformément aux lignes directrices et aux indicateurs de performance

  • Générer les rapports spécifiques des clients et gérer tout nouveau changement aux comptes

  • Collaborer avec son équipe, son superviseur et autres départements et contribuer à établir des relations avec les clients, tout en assurant un excellent service à la clientèle

Qualifications et compétences clés:

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle ou dans un environnement similaire

  • Diplôme d’étude Secondaires (DES) ou équivalent est requis

  • Etre Bilingue ( francais et Anglais) est requis

  • Excellente connaissance de la suite MS Office spécialement Excel

  • Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et grande capacité à communiquer et à influencer favorablement les clients afin de bâtir et maintenir de très bonnes relations avec ceux-ci

  • Avoir à cœur la satisfaction client et avoir la capacité à s’adapter et répondre à différents types de personnalité.

  • Excellente gestion du temps, et capacité à gérer de multiples projets

  • Un sens solide du professionnalisme et de la discrétion est obligatoire
