• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or higher certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

• 10 years’ experience working with stakeholders in a healthcare environment to implement changes to clinical workflow. Examples should include implementation and training of business process changes. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 10 years’ experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 5 years’ experience evaluating, developing, and implementing programs relating to infection prevention and control within an acute care setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years’ experience developing and delivering training for information systems to clinical users including nurses and physicians. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years’ experience implementing the Allscripts suite of products in an acute care setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 3 years’ experience conducting and compiling privacy impact assessments for healthcare record systems to assess their compliance with provincial regulations. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
