DescriptionLocation: UCHealth UCHlth Highlands Ranch Hosp, US:CO:Highlands RanchDepartment: HRH LactationFTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift: DaysPay: $38.91 – $60.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experienceMinimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• IBCLC or Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Lactation Specialist (CLS), or Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS).
• International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) required within 2 years of hire, and any relevant certification as determined at position level.
• 2 years of recent maternal/child nursing experience.
• Certified Lactation Counselor
• Intl Board Certified Lactation Consultant
• Certified Breastfeeding Specialist
• Certified Lactation Specialist
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

• Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
