Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s sales and marketing initiatives in Calgary, AB. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with marketing campaigns, sales support, customer engagement, and brand promotion. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format customer quotes & proposals accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and direct them to the appropriate sales rep.
- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with customer data, quotes,
and project details. * Track and manage quote follow-ups, assisting in closing sales opportunities.
- Order and track samples for clients and sales reps, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain sample inventory and ensure the showroom is stocked and organized.
- Work with vendors to obtain the latest product information.
- Assist in appointment scheduling and coordination for the sales team.
- Manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) based on our
marketing plan. * Write engaging, cheeky-yet-professional marketing copy for social posts, emails, andwebsite updates. * Assist in executing email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, CASL compliantopt-ins). * Help maintain and optimize website content for SEO and lead generation.
- Work with leadership & agencies to monitor Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads performance.
- Support event coordination for trade shows, networking events, and client appreciation
initiatives. * Assist in creating marketing materials (brochures, case studies, email templates).Data Tracking & Reporting * Track sales & marketing KPIs, including lead conversion rates, social engagement, andcampaign performance. * Generate weekly & monthly reports for leadership on sales activities and marketing impact.
- Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles.
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Basic SEO & content marketing knowledge.
- Experience in B2B, construction, or commercial real estate is a plus!
