Keep reading to learn more!Senior Business & Customer Insights Analyst, Brampton, ONThe Senior Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager of Business & Customer Insights, will be responsible for delivering objective, data-driven analysis and recommendations to support important business initiatives. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to provide insights, reporting, and measurement, helping to inform and guide critical business decisions.What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders using your analytical expertise to inform better decision-making. This includes both strategic and tactical requests such as reporting, customer targeting, list generation, automation, dashboard development, and A/B testing.
- Extract, review, and prepare complex operational and customer behavior data from cloud-based databases.
- Deliver actionable insights to solve business challenges, uncover new opportunities, and shape strategy.
- Create and present clear, concise materials that simplify complex data and processes for diverse audiences, including senior management.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources, including transaction data, consumer research, market share, and campaign results, to provide valuable recommendations.
What you Bring:
- Hands-on experience in a similar role translating data into relevant and actionable business insights
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio. Basic knowledge of Python R is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Possess a curious mindset that drives exploration of new ideas, a willingness to ask clarifying questions in ambiguous situations, and the ability to take initiative as a strong self-starter.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences while staying on top of a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
