Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Finance Planning &Analysis Finance Partner

In this role you will part of Financial Planning & Forecasting: Ensuring annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and analysis requirements are achieved accurately, completely and in a timely basis.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business partners and customers for reporting needs and requirements.
• Interacting with IT team for BAU and new enhancements/ developments
• Efficiently carry out data preparation necessary for the visualization purposes.
• Understand/Analyse the reporting needs of end users to help them creating their reports.
• Performing User Acceptance Testing, designing, and developing the Test scenarios, Performing the validation, and documenting the results
• Assess the impact in current Finance BI process due to ERP change, align / design the future process, work with Project One team
• Envision/ implement/ Govern the Gen AI/ ML models
• Liaison with IT/ other source data groups to enable new data sets / reporting on Finance BI
• Come up with new process/ system optimization & standardization value generation ideas for more impactful reporting.
• Support the monthly/ Yearly planning process

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Experience in FP&A
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
• Significant exposure of Power BI dashboards, Salesforce, TM1, IBM Cognos and Oracle R12 is preferred but not mandatory.
• Workday/SFDC/ ETL tools knowledge will be an advantage
