We are currently looking for a Senior Manager – SAP Integration Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines SAP Analytics technical aptitude with an affinity for helping clients and for helping grow our business..Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager – SAP Integration Architect, you will be providing technology architecture and technology consulting services and will serve as part of the overall EY team and it’s end clients. The specific resource(s) will focus on providing technical expertise in the areas of integration architecture, technical, design and delivery. The role will also be required to provide leadership, oversight and mentorship for junior team members; this includes providing support building out the development and integration practice. You will influence projects, vendors and/or SIs to ensure they are aligned with our approved methods and delivery standards.People Management: Effectively lead the team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Project Management: Participate in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.Skills and attributes for success

  • Support Interface functional specifications creation. You will be needing to run sessions with key stakeholders from System A and B and gather interface requirements e.g. integration flow, mapping, transformation, error handling, reprocessing etc.
  • Integration Design, technical Specifications and code interfaces and frameworks on SAP middleware technologies (SAP IS, SAP PO/PI)
  • System Connectivity: Create, document and establish connectivity approaches for applications in hybrid landscapes (Cloud, On-Prem)
  • Cutover planning, preparation and execution including technical migration of interface objects, technology readiness and release objects to production environment
  • Effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.
  • Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.
  • Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.
  • A strong work ethic.

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Approximately 10+ years of relevant work experience in SAP.
  • Extremely skilled in Integration development: Develop, code, test and deploy integrations; Integration Design and specifications, Connectivity design and implementation
  • Experience in Review and advise on technology strategies
  • Skilled in assess, design, sequence, plan and recommend technical delivery solutions.
  • Experience in Project managing the technical delivery – systems builds, system integrations, system testing, go-live preparations.
  • Experience in Technical support and troubleshooting; Business and project support including review of RAID logs.
  • Support the project and functional teams and conduct technology knowledge transfer – plan and co-deliver training , report progress, status and requirements
  • SAP Integration Suite or PI/PO certification and TOGAF certification is a plus but not mandatory
