About the (Senior) Manager, US Operations
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced people operations professional for our new Manager role to support both our US Operations and the business operations of IDinsight’s US entity. While the number of IDinsight staff in the US is small (less than 20), we have employees working fully remotely in 15 states, which adds complexity and challenge to the job.
This is a hands-on role in a mission-driven, lean, rapidly evolving non-profit environment. You will work remotely and independently, while also having the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from Regional and Global Operations colleagues and other teammates around the world. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, consistency, high-quality execution, strategic thinking, excellent prioritization, and ownership. Those who are self-motivated, reliable, comfortable working fully remotely, able to persist in getting occasional bureaucratic people operations tasks done – while also eager and interested in strategic “big picture” thinking and planning – will thrive.
The Manager, US Operations will report to the Director, Global People Operations, along with a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and will be responsible for the following workstreams:
US Operations Oversight and Special Projects
US Human Resource Administration
US City, State, and Federal Compliance and IDinsight Inc Entity Compliance
Collaborate and Support Global Operations and Other Functional Teams
Professional development

They maintain professional development plans and are given “stretch” opportunities designed to strengthen a variety of skills. Real-time feedback is embedded in our culture and formal structure enables maximum professional growth. Additionally, teammates have access to an annual professional development stipend that they are encouraged to utilize to explore their career interests and develop their skills.
