You’ll source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for everyone involved. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to support the innovative medical devices sector.Proclinical is an award-winning global Life Sciences recruitment business dedicated to helping great Life Sciences partners grow. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive company growth.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

• Fluency in French
• Experience in Recruitment or Account Management
• Evidence of an excellent work ethic and a high level of resilience
• A demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism
• Computer savvy with a methodical approach to online and offline research
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain customer focused
