Overview of Chief Information Security Office (CISO):
The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is home to deeply talented colleagues that work to ensure the safety of Citi’s clients’, our revenue, our employees and our proprietary data. We manage information security as one end-to end program – one with a clear mandate and accountability. Our mission is a program that is fully anchored to modern control and architectural frameworks, is fully aligned with the enterprise architecture of the firm and is deeply integrated into the sectors and functions.
Overview of the Role:
The Cybersecurity Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will report directly to CISO MCA, Regulation Management, Controls and QA Head and will be responsible for leading Cybersecurity QA team providing quality assurance services for Third Party Information Security Assessments, Information Security Risk Assessments, Vulnerability and Threat Management, Metrics QA as well as providing Entitlement Support for multiple applications and lines of business throughout Citi.
This is a people management role that will be managing a team of 25 FTE responsible for delivery of quality assurance services for CISO owned cybersecurity programs in alignment with Citi’s Information Security policy and standards. The role is responsible for managing quality assurance reviews supporting programs and functions across the Information Security organization. Such reviews are conducted to validate the output of activities and data quality to ensure the requirements are met in accordance with policies and standards. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge to review data, resolve and report on issues and assist in program improvements as well as strengthening the control environment and aligning with MCA program.
