Shift Lead | 2nd Shift

Are you looking to join a great team?  A leading manufacturer of paint products for residential and commercial properties is adding a 2nd Shift Lead to their team! If you have at least 2 years of recent Lead or Coordinator experience operating a Reach Truck and Electric Pallet Jack Rider (double
deep), this could be a great fit for you.

Shift Lead Requirements:

• A
  minimum of 2 years prior leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP in a warehouse environment.
• Prior
  experience driving electric pallet riders (double deep), reach forklifts, and cherry picker forklifts
• Utilizing a pick sheet to pull
  orders and build pallets per the customer orders.
• Counting accuracy when pulling
  orders and adding to the pallet.
• Building pallets after pulling orders and utilizing a wrap machine.

Schedules: 2nd shift

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm with overtime – 45
  to 50 hours per week, very few weekends.

Pay: $24+ DOE

• $1 additional shift differential

Shift Lead Duties:

• Direct,
  oversee, and complete activities on the production floor as determined by the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager.
• Ensure
  all safety standards are met.
• Effectively
  employ ERP software to ensure production requirements are met.
• Assists
  employees in on-site health or safety emergencies.
• Provide
  feedback on employee performance and overall employee morale.
• Ensure
  Plant training requirements are maintained.
• Be
  an active and engaged leader.
• Act
  as a backup should the Production Supervisor be unavailable.
• Enforce
  Plant housekeeping and cleanliness standards within the manufacturing
  area.
