SALARY:                   $17.75/hour

MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning/washing of railway equipment, coaches, parts and shop facilities

• Follow prescribed safety procedures including the use of safety clothing and equipment

• Janitorial duties as required

• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Summer Term: May to August (4 months)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be registered for school in the fall of 2025 and provide proof of attendance for the

2025-2026 school year

• Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program or entering

full-time post-secondary studies in September 2025

• Ability to work shift work

• Must be able to work full-time hours

• Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic

• Works independently with little supervision

• Previous cleaning/labour experience an asset

• Must be committed to Health and Safety
