Shop Manager

looking for an Shop Manager to add to their growing team!

This family-owned and
operated company has been the leading supplier of lighting sensors for the
commercial, residential, transportation, and industrial markets nationwide.

Shop Manager Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and
  develop a team of 5 production and inventory staff, fostering a collaborative
  and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory
  levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and
  obsolescence.
• Utilize inventory
  data to forecast needs, plan orders, and make informed decisions to support
  production and customer demand.
• Identify and
  implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the production
  floor, inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and
  present regular inventory reports to senior management, highlighting key
  metrics, trends, and any issues.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven
  track record of leadership in inventory management within a manufacturing
  environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Shop Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership experience within
  a manufacturing environment.  
• Strong background in managing inventory.
• Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing
  environment, with a solid understanding of production processes and
  equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate
  teams, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with electronic
  components is a plus.

Compensation:

• $70,000 – 90,000 annually.
