Special Project Coordinator Job Description: 

• Manage and monitor current projects and coordinate workflow
• Maintain deadlines
• Update all project information using Google documents, excel files, and Inventory control software’s.
• Assist with Inventory management including Cycle Counts

Pay: $25 per hour

Special Project Coordinator Job Requirements: 

• Fluency in English. Bilingual English/Spanish
• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals
• Excellent Customer Service
• Proven experience maintaining strict deadlines
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
