When a human looks at a picture of an item, they can identify what the item is, how to handle it and whether it appears to be damaged. You will be one of the leaders helping shape this space.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM). The candidate will work with our Engineering teams as we partner with Robotics, Fulfillment/Supply Chain, Science and Hardware Engineering teams to innovate technical solutions. The candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives both in terms of guiding the design/development within our group and getting work prioritized across multiple partner teams and stakeholders. The candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative, creative, and analytical environment.
A successful candidate will have an established background in developing products at scale. They will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent stakeholder management and leadership in communication across individual and organizational levels. This is a technical program management position for someone who can navigate roadmaps in the midst of ambiguity but also adapt product visions quickly when new data becomes available.Key job responsibilities

AFT’s Quality team drives automation programs that leverage computer vision, machine learning, and other innovative technologies to prevent, detect, and correct potential inventory issues impacting fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
– 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
– 3+ years of software development experience
– 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
– Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
– Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
