- Delivering exceptional customer experiences by leading from the front, ensuring every customer receives personalized, top-tier service that reflects our brand values
- Managing inventory, optimize visual merchandising, and implement in-store events to keep our store fresh and exciting.
- Coaching, mentoring and empowering your team to succeed, conducting regular performance reviews to encourage ensure growth and alignment with our brand’s vision
- Manage all aspects of store operations, from scheduling and assigning employees to specific duties, enforcing company policies, and following up on results to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Maintaining store team results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising results
- Setting and meeting financial objectives, including sales targets, budget management, and optimizing store metrics to drive profitability
- Coordinating and enforcing all operational and personnel policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining a high-performing store environment
- Attending monthly meetings, webinars/seminars to up-skill to provide opportunities for further growth
- Living and promoting our company values each day, motivating your team to do the same
To be successful in this role, your resume should outline the following:
- 2 – 5 years of demonstrated success in building strong customer relationships and consistently delivering a “wow” experience in a retail management or supervisory position
- High sales volume experience, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability presenting fresh ideas along with a passion for driving sales and leading your team to success
- Strong leadership skills that have consistently delivered KPI success, team retention, and developed effective coaching strategies
- Visual merchandising experience is an asset
