We have partnered with a leading photography studio based in London who are looking for a
for a highly organised Operations Manager to oversee the studio’s day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage the team, and ensure the business runs efficiently at all levels.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the studio team, ensuring all departments are running smoothly.
  • Maintain studio upkeep and ensure it remains a professional, high-standard working environment.
  • Manage studio finances, including budgets and cost efficiencies.
  • Hire, train, and support new team members when needed.
  • Sales & Marketing – track and analyse sales performance to ensure growth.
  • Monitor marketing strategies to assess what is working and where improvements can be made.
  • Assist in quoting custom photo packages to potential clients.
  • Handle client complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain studio’s reputation.
  • Address queries from photographers and admin, ensuring smooth internal
  • communication.
  • Ensure photographers and admin staff are meeting the high standards expected.
  • Liaise with clients to provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee the scheduling of photographers and admin staff to optimise workflow.
  • Oversee the editing process to ensure timely delivery of final images.
  • Ensure all payments and client systems are as efficient as possible.
  • Monitor and prevent unauthorised use of Studio’s photography.
  • Determine pricing for specific photography shoots based on market trends and business needs.
  • Continuously assess and improve overall company efficiency.
  • Work closely with company owners to ensure all business goals and standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and client relations.
  • Knowledge of creative studio operations, photography, or in a creative industry is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high standards across all areas.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
