Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking for your next challenge? We’re hiring on behalf of a top tier main contractor for a Sub Agent to oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Yorkshire Water framework.The Role:You’ll be responsible for managing small civil engineering and construction sites or supporting larger projects to ensure on-time, high-quality, and safe delivery. Key duties include:

• Site Management: Oversee project programmes, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• HSEQ Compliance: Promote best practices, maintain site safety, and manage documentation.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs, drive efficiencies, and ensure accurate records.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with customers, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project success.

What You Need:

• Experience in civil engineering and NEC contract management
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, design management, and cost control
• CSCS & SMSTS or SSSTS cards (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• A degree or HNC in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Water sector experience (desirable)
