Supervisor | Print Industry | Second Shift

This company has provided Marketing, Print, and Technology solutions for more than 20 years helping some well-known companies, such as Visa and Berkshire Hathaway, with their brand management and marketing automation.

In this role, you will be providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to a team of employees in different departments, such as Finishing and Shipping. You will play a key role in reducing wasted materials and cutting costs associated with production.

Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping and finishing departments
• Reduce waste and production costs
• Monitor the quality of production
• Train on equipment and procedures

You will be successful in this role if you enjoy motivating and leading teams!
 
Schedule:

• 2nd shift
• Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Supervisor Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of operating and maintaining finishing equipment
• Proven work history leading and motivating teams
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to bend and stoop for extended periods

Pay: $23/ hour
