Analog Devices is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Campus to join our University Relations team.
In this role, you will partner with the University Relations team to find and attract the best talent to Analog Devices. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, relationship building, campus events and sourcing related to the university recruiting program (NCG & Intern) at Analog Devices. You will partner with top technical universities for engineering graduates and ensure candidates have a top-notch candidate experience from first to final engagement. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers by finding great candidates and providing sound advice during the hiring cycle. The successful candidate will be results driven, detail oriented, and creative!

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State – Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
